As part of our employee recognition program, we held a contest for a signed SPURS team basketball which was donated by H-E-B for just this purpose. To be eligible to win, the employee was nominated by a colleague who emailed the story of extraordinary client service to Lora Butler.  Lora then shared the stories with all MRM employees while the nominee and the recommender received H-E-B gift cards.

When Cory Basso, H-E-B Group Vice President of Marketing and Advertising, volunteered on the Mission Road campus with his son one Saturday, he spent two hours interacting with some of our most medically and socially fragile children. Mission Road is blessed with a beautiful 22 acre campus that sparkles year round but there is no time quite like the holidays when twinkle lights, fake snow, and candy cane fences appear overnight and we celebrate together for the month of December. Even if the weather has been sunny and 75 degrees, our staff made sure it felt like Santa's workshop as everyone enjoyed Christmas parties, special holiday treats, and the telling of the Christmas story.
