The purpose of Mission Road Ministries’ HIPAA Compliance Program is to:- Prevent accidental or intentional non-compliance with applicable laws or
- regulatory requirements
- Detect and impose corrective action for non-compliance
- Prevent future non-compliance
Mission:
The mission of Mission Road Ministries’ HIPAA Compliance Program is to:- Promote compliance with applicable regulatory (state/federal) requirements
- Foster and help ensure ethical conduct
- Provide education, training and guidance to employees
- Provide a culture that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to federal/state law or MRM policy

- Ensure quality client care
- Identify criminal and unethical conduct
